Yoga X from the P90X Workout Schedule was the first contact I had with Yoga. While I expected something completely different (the X should have been a hint though..(no not what you think!)) and while I still have a love/hate relationship with that particular part of the workout schedule, it unmistakeably had the biggest impact on my fitness and life in general.
The benefits of Yoga are well known by now but the great thing is that Yoga is also totally easy. There is hardly anyone who struggles with it out of the box..right?

Yoga is not only something for girls or elderlies. Specially you big muscle guys listen carefully. The inability to stabilize the body during strength training may reduce the amount of weight you’re able to use on exercises. Therefor it's very important to keep working your stabilizer muscles as well and the most efficient workout to do this is Yoga.
