Why Yoga is important

Yoga is not only something for girls or elderlies. Specially you big muscle guys listen carefully. The inability to stabilize the body during strength training may reduce the amount of weight you’re able to use on exercises. Therefor it's very important to keep working your stabilizer muscles as well and the most efficient workout to do this is Yoga.

How to deal

My Motto is, if you are confronted with a new negative situation you are left with two choices: Adopt to it and/or if you can, change it. It doesn't matter why you ended up in this particular situation, if it was an outcome of your own decisions or if it just happened without you influencing anything. You are in a situation you don't like RIGHT NOW and you have to decide what to do.

Working out in such a heat

On Saturday Henning actually managed the heroic task of working out outside on the balcony in the burning heat. I still wonder how he managed without just dropping dead. He is however still suffering from his curl marathon with major DOMS.

I went from being scared to walk down the stairs to not having to worry about it. From being overly tired and unmotivated to very energetic and adventurous to the point where everyone around me gets exhausted before I even consider stopping. From not being able to properly paint, back to accepting freelance commissions again.
