2 Weeks of Insanity

I don't have to modify anything in the Insanity workouts, despite my illness and I find it fun to clench my teeth and think that every-time I push through the burn or do a punch that I punch right into the face of Multiple Sclerosis and every second I can go longer and digg deeper is a defeat for the illness itself and a victory for me. Besides the general wish of being healthy and look good, it's the most important thing that keeps me motivated and willing to push.

Working out in such a heat

On Saturday Henning actually managed the heroic task of working out outside on the balcony in the burning heat. I still wonder how he managed without just dropping dead. He is however still suffering from his curl marathon with major DOMS.

All right, here comes the heat

To go with this insane heat I am insane enough to have started Insanity a week ago (oh the puns). I must say I find it easier to workout in this warmth then during my short vacation in Switzerland (except the beautiful runs in fresh, clean, nicely luke warm Swiss air).
