Motivation, something everyone struggles with at least every now and then. So, I sat down and thought about what keeps me motivated or (maybe more importantly) what happens if I don’t feel motivated?
In this context I think that talking about Motivation also automatically needs a chat about your expectations and goals. Most of the time motivation goes down if you feel like you are running in circles or running in place.
So, I am in my recovery week with Core Cardio and Balance. I wouldn’t really call it a recovery, even though it’s much less high impact and slower over all. However, doing movements slow and controlled asks more of your strength and balance. It’s much easier to do the moves during the recovery week fast,
