There seems to always be a time frame in the year where just everything goes wrong. You struggle and no matter what there is always something that happens which seems to make everything worse. It's this time when you feel that the universe is just having a go at you by throwing everything it can your way.
First of all, you need space, a lot of space. You are jumping a lot, you are doing moving planks a lot and you are moving/running back and forth a lot. So before thinking of buying Asylum, make sure you have a big space to work out in.
Motivation, something everyone struggles with at least every now and then. So, I sat down and thought about what keeps me motivated or (maybe more importantly) what happens if I don't feel motivated? In this context I think that talking about Motivation also automatically needs a chat about your expectations and goals. Most of the time motivation goes down if you feel like you are running in circles or running in place.
I personally think excuses are the single most important factor to keep us from reaching our goals. It's easy to find an excuse for everything: Doing the dishes? Nah I do it later.. However, finding excuses to not get fit is probably the one thing people find the most variations for: It's too hot, I am not feeling well and my favorite one: I can't do this because (insert reason).
