Motivation, something everyone struggles with at least every now and then. So, I sat down and thought about what keeps me motivated or (maybe more importantly) what happens if I don't feel motivated?
In this context I think that talking about Motivation also automatically needs a chat about your expectations and goals. Most of the time motivation goes down if you feel like you are running in circles or running in place.
I personally think excuses are the single most important factor to keep us from reaching our goals. It's easy to find an excuse for everything: Doing the dishes? Nah I do it later..
However, finding excuses to not get fit is probably the one thing people find the most variations for:
It's too hot, I am not feeling well and my favorite one: I can't do this because (insert reason).
