First of all, you need space, a lot of space. You are jumping a lot, you are doing moving planks a lot and you are moving/running back and forth a lot. So before thinking of buying Asylum, make sure you have a big space to work out in.

When to give your body a rest and when to push through

A question that I see come up often in any kind of forum linked to fitness is if you should work out despite feeling sore or if you can still work out despite having a cold or the flue.

So, I am in my recovery week with Core Cardio and Balance. I wouldn’t really call it a recovery, even though it’s much less high impact and slower over all.

Working out in such a heat

On Saturday Henning actually managed the heroic task of working out outside on the balcony in the burning heat. I still wonder how he managed without just dropping dead. He is however still suffering from his curl marathon with major DOMS.
