I recently got a copy of Brazil Butt Lift and decided to combine it with my P90X classic routine. This means I am getting up around 7am, do the Brazil Butt Lift routines (for my pear shaped booooooty) and once back from work, the normal P90X Schedule in the evening before dinner.
I already pin-pointed a lot of weakness and managed to improve and work with them thanks to my “Self Diagnosis by Videos and Picture”-Method.

Therefor it’s very important to keep working your stabilizer muscles as well and the most efficient workout to do this is Yoga.
