I’m many things. Speechless, envious, proud, excited, in love ;), and breathless. You are such an amazing person, and it is a privilege to know you. The effect you have on other people is definately noteworthy. Watching you live your life is such a pleasure. Never forget just how spectacular you are!!
Right back at you Norm. I am still so thankful for the cups and the supplements you sent. I wouldn’t be able to any of the month 2 workouts of Insanity without the R&R Drink. I am currently using it up like candy (glad I was careful with it during the P90X workouts and didn’t use too much) 😀
Howdy Natascha, I’m a fellow artist from CGTalk. I follow Henning’s portfolio pretty closely and yours when there’s an update. Today I’m writing as a fellow P90x grad. I remember reading in both of your blogs about something being wrong and you being sick but I never heard the rest of the story. I am very glad to see P90x worked so well for you. Truly I am happy for you guys. Nothing better than giving up a lifetime of doctors and medicine for a lifetime of health. I’ll leave you with my personal motto, “A little more every day.”
Hey Wyatt 🙂
Thanks for the comment. Are you still doing P90X or did you do one round and then decided to stop?
I feel like it’s going to be with my for a long time to come. Well different programs from their line. I am currently doing Insanity (almost done with my first round) then going back to P90X. I also have Turbo Fire and look forward to the new programs they develop right now. Can’t wait for P90X MC2 🙂
I completed 2 rounds of P90x and I sort of have a micro farm at my house so I get a lot of activity due to that. I’m considering some of the other programs as well. The only problem I have with P90x is the 1hr 15min a day, sometimes it’s just too much time but I hear that Insanity is shorter more intense workouts so I’m leaning toward that one. I’m also looking for a routine for my wife to try. She was doing P90x with me but had to stop after 60 days. Partly because it was too intense for her and also because it was too long. Any ideas?
Insanity is definitely better when it comes to time commitment. The first month is around 30 to max 45 minutes. The second month is 45 to max 1h which is really nice. I agree that P90X is quite a commitment when it comes to time, specially the Yoga days but the resistance days + ARX are actually not much shorter time-wise.
I think P90 might be a good start for your wife then. Depending what she would like to do maybe even Slim in 6? But it’s hard to suggest something without knowing what her goals are and what her fitness level is 🙂
However, keep in mind that I did P90X with all my “disabilities” it’s all about taking it at her own pace and modify exercises if needed.
Glad you said P90. I’m close to ordering it for her as a few others have also mentioned it.
Congratulations on all your success. Keep pushing play.
CongratulationS Tascha, your change is AMAZING!
You give me force!
Cheers and hugs!
