Therefor it’s very important to keep working your stabilizer muscles as well and the most efficient workout to do this is Yoga.
The female physiology doesn’t allow muscle gain as easy as for males. In order to really increase your muscle size you need to not only eat much more then you are used to you also will have to work much harder then your male counterparts.
An older video I made to check my squatting form while doing P90X. It’s quite obvious that back then I was leaning too much forward, I have since worked on improving my form and keep my back more straight. I had to work on this actively since my flexibility is somewhat limited in that area.
