I'm really sorry to hear about your site being hacked =(
I loved it, especially your brush set, which is why I am here now. But unfortunately they're not available now =(

Is there anywhere else where I can get them?

And keep it up with what you're doing now, and always stay happy and healthy <3

I just remembered where I saw your picture before: LinkedIn, right? :)
Thanks for the comment Linda, thankfully I am doing ok right now but I can imagine how important online presence can be if you have very limited mobility. I actually started of with P90X (but very light and moderate. I stopped as soon as I felt I got tired.
It was slow but I had amazing results :)

Kyena,
I have a passion for social media! It's every social animal's dream-come-true! Since the time I became practically immobile because of MS, I spend every day online! Don't worry, I still exercise everyday! I am going to read your blog a lot to see what you're doing to be so mobile! My husband and son are doing the insanity workout and there is NO WAY I can even do a little of that!

Wow Tanya sorry, it seems I totally missed your post.
First of all, I am about to get my portfolio back up :) I am also doing some freelance illustrations currently (which I can't talk about though). I also plan on finishing my current "Snow White" piece but I have some serious time managed issues at the moment. Still trying to settle in and get used to the different schedule and rhythm here.

Thanks so much for the encouragement <3

I can totally relate to this post. Although, I have not had the same issues as you wuth regards to moving and such, I can identify with stress and crappy eating for sure. My past two weeks have originated from hell I believe, and it has taken a toll on my clean eating and workouts. I am hoping to get my butt back on track this Monday!

Tascha, I was hoping things would turn out well for you and that you would find some help/cure/feeling better with the MS. I've loved your site; its taught me a multitude about digital art. If you visit my site, you'll see what an influence your photography and digital work has been. I check in from time to time - only this time to see none of the artwork. I do see, however, a healthy, beautiful, and happy Tascha - for this I am so glad! Though I have to ask, while you are an extremist as I am and this is an understandable change of interest, have you hung up your Wacom tablet? Henning has some outstanding work but it is different from yours, obviously.

When can we see some more Tascha originals, even just personal work?

Thank you dearly for all your help and beautiful visuals over the years. May you continue to be blessed in your recovery. We love you, Tascha!

Best,

Tanya

Hi Tascha *waves*

Moving homes is very stressful but moving countries is bound to be over whelming not only for the mind but for the body as well. Give your self time to adjust and pamper your self. Dont beat yourself up for not keeping to your routines of fitness. As much as I admire your strength and what you have achieved I do worry that you may be burning yourself out a little. Ive recently learned that lesson and earned a week in hospital.
Keep your chin up Sweetie ok. hugs n stuff. You even need to vent you know how to contact me x

Hi Nicola!
I can only imagine what a struggle it must be. It's the hardest part to get over a set-back and sometimes it feels like fighting (or swimming) against the current. Working out is hard enough as it is. It takes willpower and determination. If you have things get thrown at you that make it even harder it just feels overwhelming at times (or maybe even all the time). I think it's absolutely amazing that you try to do something. Insanity is quite hard so don't push yourself too hard. Look at it this way (and that is why I like the Insanity DVDs so much): The people in the Program are already very fit and are all graduates but even they struggle and have to take breaks.

Repeating the first month is a good idea I think since the second month is really hard. Do whatever feels right for your body.
Breakast, REALLY important. I used to feel sick just from the thought of eating breakfast. The shake solution was great for me initially. Doesn't take a lot of time and it's not too hard on the stomach either. More like a milk shake in the morning :) A protein powder with a test you like and then some skim milk is a great way to get used to breakfast. Eventually the longer you work out the more your system will burn and you will actually get hungry in the morning. I now really love to eat oatmeal with some nice tasting protein powder, blueberries and walnuts :)

If you like, keep me updated on how it goes :)
Good luck and hang in there!
